CreatiSoul × iMove Global
Every enquiry, traced to where it really came from.
This proposal is valid through 3 September 2026.
The outcomes
Twelve months from now
Picture an ordinary week, a year in.
-
Morning
Every enquiry arrives labelled with the source that actually caused it. A message from a moving-to-Canada thread, a call after an Instagram reel, a form filled in after a search — each one carries where it came from, automatically, before anyone on the sales floor opens it.
-
Midday
Customers track their own shipment instead of phoning the office. A family moving to Toronto opens a link and watches their container's status update on its own.
-
Evening
iMove is named in AI answers when someone asks about moving from India to Canada. Someone in Coimbatore asks ChatGPT how to plan the move — and the work between now and then is aimed squarely at iMove being one of the names it gives back.
-
End of week
Both the Google Ads vendor and the social team sign in and see their own results, in one place iMove owns. Two vendors, one dashboard, each seeing exactly what their own channel produced — the login Premium switches on for each of them.
The architecture
One system, one foundation
Each of those four outcomes needs the same thing underneath it: one system that the website, the lead engine and the tracking pages all read from and write to.
A website that hands a visitor off to a separate form tool — a plugin, a booking widget, a disconnected inbox — cannot carry that visitor's source into a lead record. That's true of the entire category of website-plus-bolted-on-form, not of any one site.
No conventional website form can tell you an enquiry came from ChatGPT.
So the foundation gets rebuilt once. The website, the lead console and the tracking pages iMove's customers see all sit on the same data layer from day one — which is also why management and the sales team read from one dashboard, the same foundation that gives each channel partner their own scoped login on Premium.
Continuity
Why you're already ahead
CreatiSoul built the site iMove runs today and has managed the SEO programme since. That's not a small thing to hand to someone new.
Whoever takes this on has to learn iMove's move corridors, the seasonal patterns in international relocation enquiries, which content already ranks, and where the site's traffic actually comes from — starting from zero. CreatiSoul already knows all four, because CreatiSoul built them.
That continuity carries the same domain, the same rankings history and the same customer data straight through a rebuild, with nobody relearning what already works. Migration risk is close to zero. No incoming agency starting from outside can say the same.
This is momentum carried forward, not a fresh start bought at a discount.
The website
A website built to be found — and to be quoted
Every page answers the question it exists for, in a form a browser and an AI assistant can both read directly.
Each page opens with its answer in the first paragraph, not the fifth. A customs page states the customs process, a destination guide states what's prohibited, a corridor page states transit time and a price band. Underneath the prose, JSON-LD schema marks up the same facts in a form a machine parses directly (Service, FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList, one emitted for every page type), and the same company facts — name, address, accreditations — are asserted identically wherever they appear, giving a search engine or an AI assistant one consistent set of facts to work from.
None of that depends on how many pages exist. Every page — corridor, service, destination guide, guide, or legal page — is built from the same versioned page-type spec: the same fact-gathering, the same schema, the same acceptance checklist, run identically whether it's the fifth page or the fortieth. That's why the quality holds across Essential's 15-page build and Premium's full 39-page build, and holds again once the monthly programme starts adding to either one — 3–4 pages a month on Essential, 8–10 pages a month on Premium, each new page passing through the same spec as the ones built at launch.
A page that answers the question it raises keeps the reader, and the AI assistant, in place.
Every page in the page-type system clears one bar before it publishes: does it actually answer the question in its own title.
Two things make this concrete: the page-by-page build below, and the build itself, live today.
How it fits together
The system
Every outcome in this proposal comes from the same five-stage pipeline.
Found, captured, measured, worked, retained — these five words are the plan.
Leads and attribution
Leads, and where they actually came from
This month's fifty leads, read two ways.
Read by last touch — the way a conventional analytics setup reports it, crediting whichever channel was open right before the form was submitted — Google looks responsible for seventy percent of them. Switch to first touch, the channel that actually started the enquiry, and Google's share drops to thirty-six percent while ChatGPT and Perplexity together climb from eight percent to thirty. Nothing about the fifty leads changes; only which channel gets the credit does. Not every AI assistant can be told apart from organic search this way — Gemini and Google's AI Overviews typically send no referrer at all — so what is capturable is captured and labelled, and the console says exactly where that visibility ends.
The same enquiry can read as "Google organic" or as "ChatGPT" depending only on which touch you ask about — and no conventional setup lets you ask both.
Three roles see this console on every package, each scoped to what they actually need. iMove's management gets the full picture across every channel. Sales and ops work the inbox day to day, moving each enquiry from new to won. CreatiSoul holds the admin view that keeps the system running underneath both. On Premium, each channel partner — the Google Ads vendor, the social team — gets a fourth login of their own, scoped to only their own channel's leads and performance, nothing else, and unable to edit or act on them.
The screens below show the console itself, from the daily inbox through to what each channel partner sees.
- Lead inbox Every enquiry as it lands, source badge and all — filterable by source, status and date.
- Lead detail One enquiry's full journey, first touch to the form — the concrete case behind the dashboard.
- Attribution dashboard This month's channels, with the first-touch / last-touch toggle above in action.
- AI answers Which LLMs referred a lead, which pages they landed on, and where the visibility ends.
- Partner dashboard What the Google Ads vendor sees on sign-in: only their own leads, cost per lead and quality — nothing else, and only on Premium.
Tracking
Your customers stop phoning to ask where their things are
A family with a container at sea checks their phone, not the office line.
The same system that tags every enquiry's source also gives every booking a public timeline — booked, packed, departed, in transit, customs, delivered — that the customer can open themselves, any hour, from wherever they are.
Both packages carry this. What differs between Essential and Premium is who tells the customer a shipment has moved.
On Premium, the system notifies the customer automatically as the shipment moves. On Essential, your staff send that update themselves, by email or WhatsApp, on their own schedule.
WhatsApp and SMS notification, sent automatically by the system, are available as a paid addition to either package, quoted separately.
A deeper layer of tracking sits beyond this first version, for both packages: a document vault, container and AWB numbers, customs-stage detail. Its scope depends on operational data — container schedules, customs workflow — that this proposal has not yet seen, so it is named here as a later phase rather than priced.
Two screens below make this concrete: the list your team works from, and what the customer sees.
The delivery plan
How we get there
Three phases, each one building on the foundation the last one laid.
-
Phase 1 — Foundation
~12 weeks
- Essential's ~15-page site, or Premium's full 39-page site — the 39 made up of 21 pages carried straight through and 18 newly built — under one page-type system for search and for AI answers.
- SEO/AEO infrastructure and redirects, with a Search Console baseline captured before anything goes live.
- The capture-and-attribution engine, tagging every enquiry the moment it arrives.
- A console for management, sales and ops, and CreatiSoul, on every package; Premium adds a fourth login for each channel partner, scoped to their own channel.
- Tracking v1 — booked-customer status and the public tracking page; notification differs by package, covered above.
-
Phase 2 — Growth
Months 4–9
- A monthly programme of topic-cluster pages — a pillar guide with supporting corridor and city pages — covering Canada, USA, Australia and UK in sequence: 3–4 pages a month on Essential, 8–10 on Premium.
- Off-page work and digital PR running alongside it — a light monthly quota on Essential, the full programme on Premium.
- An origin-city track across Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune.
- AEO monitoring on every package; Premium adds a monthly review call.
-
Phase 3 — Scale
Months 10–12+
- UAE and Singapore clusters added to the programme.
- A refresh track that keeps published pages current for search and for AI-answer freshness signals.
- Tracking depth extended to documents and logistics detail — scope and price agreed once that operational data is in hand.
- Conversion work driven directly by what the console shows.
Each phase stands on the one before it — phase 2 begins once phase 1's foundation is live.
Tracking notification differs by package — see above for how Essential and Premium differ.
The investment
What it costs
Two packages, one flat rate each, for a 12-month term.
Phase 1 — the foundation build — is a fixed fee: ₹1,20,000 on Essential, ₹1,95,000 on Premium. It's billed in three parts as the work lands — 40% at signing, 30% once the build reaches staging, 30% once it's live — which puts the first payment at ₹48,000 on Essential or ₹78,000 on Premium.
That fee runs lower than a build of this depth would normally cost, and deliberately so. The lead platform underneath it is productized: iMove is the first client on a platform CreatiSoul is building for the international-movers vertical regardless of this engagement, so the fee reflects a fraction of a from-scratch build — because it is not one.
From month one, a single flat monthly rate covers everything ongoing — ₹37,000 on Essential, ₹57,000 on Premium — the growth programme (page production, off-page work, tracking) held together with a licence to run on that same platform. It's a licence fee, not a hosting bill: hosting, backups, security and platform updates are already part of keeping the system live, not a separate line anywhere in this proposal.
The rate holds flat for all 12 months of the term on either package — no escalator, no step partway through, no performance clause tied to either number — and is reviewed at renewal, together, in writing, not partway through the year.
Year one totals ₹5,64,000 on Essential or ₹8,79,000 on Premium — the same monthly rate the whole way through.
One additional booked move a month, at a conservative average international-move value of ₹2,00,000, is ₹24,00,000 of revenue across a year (₹2,00,000 × 12) — against that ₹5,64,000 or ₹8,79,000. ₹2,00,000 is an assumption stated plainly so it can be checked, not a fixed input: substitute a figure closer to iMove's own average move value and the same arithmetic holds.
Everything else in this proposal is identical whichever package is chosen: the rebuilt site on the same page-type system, the migration and Search Console baseline, the full attribution engine and its dashboard, the AI-answers panel, the CBM calculator, the destination-guide page type, basic tracking for booked customers, the console for management, sales and ops, live dashboard reporting, the same responsive support, and platform hosting, backups, security and updates. The table below shows only where the two packages actually differ.
| What's included | Essential | Premium Recommended |
|---|---|---|
| Site built | ~15 pages | 39 pages |
| New pages a month | 3–4 | 8–10 |
| Off-page & digital PR | a light monthly quota | the full programme |
| Design & imagery | standard | richer |
| SEO / AEO | measured | aggressive |
| Console | lead status + tracking details | + send quotations, + send tracking updates |
| Channel-partner logins | — | read-only, scoped to their own channel |
| Customer notifications | staff send by email or WhatsApp themselves | automated |
| Monthly review call | — | included |
| Setup | ₹1,20,000 | ₹1,95,000 |
| Monthly | ₹37,000 | ₹57,000 |
| Year one | ₹5,64,000 | ₹8,79,000 |
| First payment | ₹48,000 | ₹78,000 |
Support is the same in both packages, with no separate response-time commitment printed for either one. A deeper layer of tracking — a document vault, container and AWB numbers, customs-stage detail — sits beyond this first version on both packages too; its scope depends on operational data this proposal hasn't seen yet, so it's named here as a later phase rather than priced. WhatsApp and SMS notification, sent automatically by the system, remain a paid addition to either package, quoted separately.
We recommend Premium. The fuller build, the fuller monthly programme and the channel-partner logins compound faster than Essential's smaller step. Essential isn't the budget version of this plan — it's the way to start it, on the same foundation, with a clear path up once results are in.
What happens on your side
What we need from you
Seven inputs turn the plan above into a system running on schedule.
-
Photographs of your crew, trucks, warehouse and certificates — anything that says "this is us."
-
Confirm your accreditations, so we can display them properly across the site.
-
Access to Search Console, so a baseline is captured before anything changes.
-
The four legal documents from your advisor.
-
A named reviewer on your side who can approve content.
-
A decision on AI-crawler access — being answerable by ChatGPT and Perplexity means allowing their crawlers in.
-
The rate-card basis behind any figure the site publishes.
Phases 2 and 3 run to the timeline above once these seven arrive — putting that in writing now keeps the schedule honest later.
Over to you
Next step
You've read the whole plan — here's how we start it.
Reply confirming which package you'd like and when you'd like to start — one line is enough — and we'll send the agreement across.
This proposal is valid through 3 September 2026, so get back to us before then and the phase timeline above holds.
